Outstanding plumber. Nice, nice people, Efrain and his wife Trisha. Efrain went out on Thanksgiving morning to snake a drain so that the Turkey, etc, meal could happen and everyone could be happy. Truly exceptional small company. Read the top-notch reviews of American Sewer and Drain. All true.

I was so impressed with this gentleman. Came out for a sewer backs up on a Sunday. Worked for several hours trying to un plug a complicated sewer line. Was not able to finish as another piece of equipment was currently down that was needed. He gave me recommendations for companies that had the equipment( telling me specifically what was needed based on his assessment) . He would not bill me for the job! I would recommend him and use him for any jobs I had in the future.

Oh my gosh, what *didn't* I like about the experience?! He was a *superb* plumbing detective, figuring what was going on at the property on which I'm renting in Petaluma.. It has quite a complex group of buildings and apartments with shared paths to the sewer. Half detective, and truly half magician!, and a very nice person, to boot..

They were responsive and very helpful... good communication....(they actually answer the phone when you call!)......they helped take care of the blocked sewer drain that same day (Saturday) and charged a very reasonable price. I will use them again.
